As DCG’s co-founder and chief operating officer, Caitlin oversees all day-to-day activities across the accounting, human resources, and legal departments.  Since 2010, she has played an active role in DCG’s growth to over 100 employees and its presence in almost every federal agency.  She is instrumental in all financial and contract management as well as resource planning and allocation. She brings extensive experience to the implementation and management of both small and large-scale programs and remains laser-focused on delivering high-quality, cost-effective services.  

Prior to DCG, Caitlin spent nine years in recruitment services for both public and private sectors. As the operations director for TrueTandem’s public sector, she supported all areas of sales and delivery to include growth, strategy, and team building.   

Outside of DCG, Caitlin cherishes time with family and friends in South Florida, breaking in a new pair of Hokas on the hiking trails of western North Carolina, and adventuring to new and exotic places with her husband and two children.
