DCG is taking proactive steps to grow as a company and strengthen its foundation. To support future growth initiatives, Lauren Staples has joined DCG as Senior Vice President of Capture to lead DCG’s path forward on scaling and growing the business.

Lauren is a proven business development, capture, and delivery leader with 13 years of experience in the federal technology consulting space. She is passionate about serving the public sector, bringing innovative solutions to government customers in support of their agency mission and goals. She has led engagements in various domains including cloud services, return on investment analysis, identity management, marketing and communications, cybersecurity, digital, data science, and IT modernization. Throughout her career, Lauren has helped firms grow their footprint in target agencies and most recently has supported initiatives with the Health Resources and Services Administration, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, and Veterans Health Administration.
In her new role as Senior Vice President of Capture, Lauren will play a key role in driving DCG’s business growth as it continues to scale as a midsize company. She will ensure that personnel are placed in the right roles and equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. As a growth ambassador, Lauren will foster a culture of continuous development and empowerment across the entire organization, helping to align staff with DCG’s strategic goals and positioning the company for long-term success.
