Looking Back at the Past Year of Success at DCG
DCG has high hopes for 2024 if the past year is any prediction of what’s to come. We were recognized for the work we do for our clients and partners, we brought many new DCGers into the fold, and we instituted programs within the company to continue to make DCG a stellar place to work.

New Hires and Promotions:
- Total New Hires: 35
- New Veterans Hired: 4 (10 Veterans in 2022; 14 Veterans in 2023)
- Veterans were 10% of total employee population in 2022; 13% of total employee population in 2023
- Employees Promoted: 17
DCG also rebranded its website with a sleek new look, launched two revamped internal newsletters and an external newsletter (The DCGist), completed its sixth in-house mentorship program, hosted a leadership training for managers, and much more.
